Beethoven Death Mask is a collection of the sound work that I accomplished in in Chicago between 2011 and 2014. It is varied in resources and directions. There are some experiments using PureData to rattle sheets of metal while a justly tuned guitar arpeggiates and feeds back. There are purely computer based collages of sound that increase in complexity based on formulas and intentions that seem a tad prescriptive now. There are feedback collages to accompany found film footage of ice harvests. It was definitely a turning point for me.
